From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley of vineyards as well as a mountain breeze. La Ruota restaurant is the result of the commitment of Odilla and Lorenza Peretti, who work in the kitchen to prepare the dishes and the homemade bread and desserts, whilst Stefano looks after customers and recommends the delicious wines from the Valpolicella.
Your welcome dish is a delicious ‘galano salato col lardo’. The original and authentic pasta dishes include the special ravioli, lasagne with rabbit sauce, pappardelle with vegetables or grains, tortelloni with Amarone; and the specialty main dishes include pork with apples, guinea fowl with cabbage or rabbit meatballs. To finish your meal you can enjoy a selection of amazing cheeses from the Lessinia mountains; or a dessert such as the chocolate cakes or cookies that you must ” pociàre ” (dip) into Recioto wine.
