This trattoria was born in the 1940s when Nonno Franco Righetti, inspired by some Roman friends, had the idea of producing “porchetta”, right here in San Peretto di Negrar by some friends of the family. From then on the Righetti family has always been know for its famous “porchetta alla romana”, that is also sold in the markets in nearby towns.
As years have gone by his children have also joined the profession, some in the production of the porchetta in the “salumificio” next to the restaurant, others in the restaurant itself.
The restaurant was originally a small place, but over years has grown to become the welcoming trattoria that you see today.
Nadia and Serena manage the dining room, whilst Luciano dedicates himself to preparing the delicious dishes and cooking meat in the fireplace, and Alaria delights us with her desserts. The wine list is updated with the collaboration of the whole family.
