“Antica Trattoria da Bepi” The story of a valley and a village: Marano di Valpolicella, where once people stopped, had a cup of “trippe” in broth and sometimes continued with cold cuts and polenta. All this was served with a good glass of our Valpolicella wine.
For the past 60 years nothing has changed: the broth is still the same, the polenta is still cooked on the fire place, the delicious cold cuts are still on the menu, as are the “tagliatelle”, bigoli al torchio, grilled meat (particularly “fiorentina” steak), and the specialty dishes, the “stracotto d’agnello” with Amarone, and the risotto all’Amarone. These delicious dishes are best enjoyed with our amazing Valpolicella wines.
