“Antica Trattoria da Bepi” The story of a valley and a village: Marano di Valpolicella, where once people stopped, had a cup of “trippe” in broth and sometimes continued with cold cuts and polenta.
All this was served with a good glass of our Valpolicella wine.
In all these years, almoust 60, nothing has changed: the broth is still the same, polenta is still cooked on the fire place, the delicious cold cuts, “tagliatelle”, bigoli al torchio, grilled meat, particularly “fiorentina” steak, and finally the main courses of our trattoria, stracotto d’agnello with Amarone, and risotto all’Amarone, dishes cooked for over 50 years.
